3.4 In order to use the Service, you will be required to sign up for an account, provide a verifiable email address, provide your name, and select a password. You promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You may not use email address that you don't have the right to use, or another person's name with the intent to impersonate that person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission.
3.5 You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract (or if not, you've received your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service and gotten your parent or guardian to agree to this TOS on your behalf). If you're agreeing to this TOS on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to this TOS on that organization or entity's behalf and bind them to this TOS.

You acknowledge that this TOS is a contract between you and ComHome.lt, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you and ComHome.lt, and it governs your use of the Service and takes the place of any prior agreements between you and ComHome.lt.
3.10 The Service may contain links or connections to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ComHome.lt. When you access third party websites or use third party services, you accept that there are risks in doing so, and that we are not responsible for such risks.
4.1 We reserve the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any of your content in the Service, for any reason, including, if we believes that you have violated these TOS. We will use all reasonable efforts to contact you directly via email to warn you prior to suspension or termination of your account. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. ComHome.lt shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
5.1 THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE SITE AND CONTENT, AND ALL SERVER AND NETWORK COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND ComHome.lt EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ComHome.lt DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE AND NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE SITE OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS TOS.
6.1 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL ComHome.lt BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES OR BUSINESS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. IN ADDITION, ComHome.lt SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION ALLOCATE THE RISKS UNDER THIS TOS BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND THE PARTIES HAVE RELIED ON THESE LIMITATIONS IN DETERMINING WHETHER TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
7.1 YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, USING THE SERVICE TO SECURE OR OTHERWISE CONTROL ACCESS TO ANY REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY) IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THAT YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES AND EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF SUCH USE. ComHome.lt IS NOT AN INSURER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INSURANCE COVERING ALL LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE, WHETHER FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), ECONOMIC LOSSES OR ANY OTHER FORM OF LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF OR FROM (I) THESE TERMS, OR (II) THE SERVICE.
8.1 We may assign or transfer this TOS, in whole or in part, without restriction.
8.2 Each of the conditions of this TOS operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.
9.1 You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws, rules, or regulations governing the export of the Service or any of its components.
10.1 This TOS shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. You hereby expressly agree to submit to the courts of Lithuania for the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to your access to or use of the Service.
